- Want to have a side cut / shave? Or want to do it to someone else.
Watch this video to see how I did it for the first time and it actually turned out pretty good. It's wasnt that hard at all, if you follow the same steps as I did I'm pretty sure you can try this at home ;)

We called the Barber to pass by he didnt want to come i was thinking after my husbanf and kids cut their hair i will ask him to shave my side too :)

Finally, someone who did a sidecut a little longer. I personally love it a bit longer Iike this. I don't like it when its cut to the scalp. Great job!!
Well I think that's a personal preference tbh. I think the shave down side shave looks better especially for more textured hair but for looser texture I think a longer side shave looks good as well as shaved all the way down but again that's just my preference
I want that haircut... but i'm a lil afraid. ..hahaha

Mo Dutch i also want this but im terrified. my hair is paased my hips and i work in the medical field so this will be hard to pull off unless i do it in a way where i can cover it while its down

@@kookykritter2912 I did it that night. I fucked up lmao. at one point, I forgot I removed the guide to get the hair out and created a nice line on the top of my head. other than that. looks pretty decent

Gonna go to my mums later to get it done because i know if i do it my ocd will get the best of me and ill shave my whole head lol

I loved my sidecut until I wanted to grow it out, then it was absolute hell. I ended up just cutting all of my hair when the sidecut got to shoulder-length. I apparently didn't learn from my mistake because I got an undercut a year later that I am in the process of growing out now 😂

It’s addictive for some. I’ve been shaving undercuts and sidecuts on my head for the last 30 years. I just love the feel of the fuzziness especially when it’s freshly shaven. ^_^

I've had my sidecut for 3 months now and love it. I reshave it myself every 3-4 weeks (Number 1 length on the clippers) My hair is thick with a mix of 2c and 3a curls and it looks so good even when my hair is messy, makes it look badass messy style haha. When my top layers are long enough I want to do a deathhawk.
With this lockdown going on and beforehand, not being able to get anyone to do my hair, I am considering doing it myself, which is why I’m here. Thank you for the video!
God same. I’m so tempted but if It goes wrong I can’t go to the hair dresser to get it fixed. Not exactly going anywhere anyway tho lol so I think I’m gonna risk it
I've been doing it myself since the first time. Just take your time to section it right and it's very easy
Dude, same here. My hair is pretty fine, so I'm going to also order clip in extensions to get the other side to look fuller.
That looks really good. My husband shaved my side part like this on our 13th wedding anniversary last August, lol. I love it.

Next time I would suggest starting the parting lower and if needed take more off. Looks good but in my opinion it's a little two high. Love your content tho!

It's Just Kayla I'd say start with something simpler and easier to hide, like an undercut at the nape of the neck.

Lol my haircut started as a sidecut, but i decided i wanted both sides shaved so now i have a mohawk. Best decision of my life. Ladies, and gents haha, if you wanna shave your head, DO IT. Hair always grows back and you never know. You'll probably grow to love it.
Id like this cut. I do suit in it, cos I had my entire head free off hair when undergoing chemotherapy, I'm clear of cancer still, but it suited me so I'm not afraid of getting this style :)
