- How to cut your undercut at home. Shaving your sides is not as easy as it looks and when it comes to undercuts even professionals can have a hard time getting it right. In this undercut tutorial I share with you the best tips I have for getting a close, even shave and the straightest lines possible at home. It's really easy to mess up a side shave and I really don't want that for any of you so that's why I wanted to share this video with you today. The best advice I have is to make sure you get the straightest lines possible and then follow them... pretend like you are drawing and the lines you make for your undercut are the outlines- and just don't shave outside of them.
I hope with my tutorial you'll be able to shave your own undercut or your friends or your moms or whoever and make it look good.

I've always wanted this style. I went to a stylist last year and she didn't want to shave it because she said it would look bad. Thank you for giving me the confidence to finally pull out my clippers and just do it! It turned out amazing!

@@beglitchery I still love it! Started using a No. 1 guard instead of the 2. If you're thinking about doing it, just do it! You'll love it!
I did it because my hair is SO thick and it's too hot during the summer here in Louisiana (high humidity, high heat = wet heat/steam room-esque) 😂 it definitely helps. I feel a little less hot. Worth it, and as a realtor when I need to do business, I just wear a low ponytail or bun.

Awesome video, thank you for sharing. I want to get my husband to do this to me, I think this tutorial will help a lot. However I don't have long hair, do you have any extra tips for someone with a short pixie/ bob?
+G this works great with short hair too but I suggest shaving higher up, but it all depends on your hair texture. You can start low and see how you feel about it and then slowly shave up higher and higher until you find a height you like. Good luck!!
I have a short bob. I just got #1 sides and nape. I have enough hair on the sides to shave up to the top of my ears and over to connect to the nape. It's hidden well.

omg, the amount of times I have trimmed longer hairs trimming my under side cuts is insane and so annoying.
How can I get this chopped look for my bangs like yours? I wanted to for a long time now but neither I nor even a professional I went to successfully get it done! I would love to have a tutorial on this
Thank you! They are just how my hair goes naturally though. I did a straight across cut, round brushed them and this is what happens. My bangs are currently long but I may be cutting them soon and if I do I'll do a tutorial 💗
