She always gives interviews where she taks about each song. Look for the Apple one. They go one by one. All of her main vocals are the demos. She said she prefers to have the raw emotion than perfect vocals. All of the songs are the first recordings except this one because when they went to the studio she said she didn’t believes herself singing the lyrics so they went back to Tobias house (from the original video) and filled the room with blankets and pillows and recorded it there. She felt safe and the emotions were there that time.

A lot of the vocals you are hearing are salvaged vocals from the video of her in her room singing raw because they couldn’t be recreated in the studio so they did their best to salvage the audio

@@JacobRestituto She did it in one take apparently in the same room where she's singing on the couch except they padded the room out with duvets and blankets and had a proper mic. She was asked about it in an interview.
I like this version but the Raw Version on the couch was my absolute favorite version by far i connected so much more with that version than this one but adele is amazing no matter what and i cant wait to listen to everything else that she has coming.
