Oh Wii Fit Trainer, you are a blessing unto this world. Looked through some other yoga videos today. Wii Fit Trainer's about the only yoga instructor I can stand, she not being overly noodly and esoteric, nor the preppy kind who does yoga because its trendy. Her blandness is refreshing and not distracting.
I didn’t think about this until now. It’s like a refreshing blandness, like water. Water is tasteless and seems boring, but the feeling you get from drinking it is so rejuvenating.

Nice video and I also really like the Wii Fit female trainer from the Wii Fit series too! Even though I really like her in all of the Wii Fit games, I actually really like her much better though in Wii Fit U since she seems really beautiful and all, and she also seems more realistic too than she did in the previous Wii Fit games.

What the trainer is telling you in the deep breathing pose is to try and stay like a statue and not to move as you breathe. The grounded V pose hurt my legs when I tried to do the pose myself
Yeah, no! It’s literally the mirror image of your right and left.... if we are facing each other, like the instructor is most of the time, your right becomes my left and vice versa....
I used to be very stretchy because I would do gymnastics.. and omg... I haven't done a lantern in so long (shoulderstand.) I thought I was gonna suffocate myself jeeeez!
Throwback Channel I dance so here’s my trick for balancing on one leg. If you’re doing a static hold (like the tree pose) spot something in front of you and don’t take your eyes off of it. I was doing this in front of a mirror so I was watching my face the entire time. Focusing on something will help keep your balance :)
Who needs a Wii when you got youtube? Granted, without the Wii, it can't tell you your balance while doing these... So no patronizing compliments! Imagine a buff guy getting on a Wii balance board and being told he's obese.

clawzx you’ll find that majority find it easier to mirror someone’s movements if they have their lefts and rights match yours

I can't even hold my damn foot up on my other leg. It just slips off.
