Hi, @kerryb3425! Many thanks for watching. We have plans for a video that covers the plumbing for all garbage disposals. While these machines differ from one another, their plumbing involves similar steps. But because plumbing systems vary from house to house, we're still trying to wrap everything up. The video is in the works and is coming. So stay tuned, yeah? Much love.
Thanks for watching and for reminding us, @keithkamlowsky4415. If you're connecting a dishwasher to the disposal, knock out the plug beforehand. It's there in case we don't have a dishwasher ^^.
How long do you have to wait for the putty to dry? A few minutes or hours? Can you do a video for how to uninstall an existing garbage disposal unit? That's often just as hard.
Hi @woofinu, thanks for watching the video and for your support. Putty can take up to a few days to dry/cure completely. But you don’t have to wait that long to use your sink. Roughly 20 to 30 minutes should be enough. If it doesn’t leak when you fill the sink with water, you’re good to go. We’re also doing a video on how to uninstall a garbage disposal very soon. Stay tuned
Hi, @grotesquecat. Thanks for watching. Usually, you have to buy your own plumber's putty. Sometimes retailers include putty in their bundles, but disposals don't typically come with putty.

Perfect. Thank you! Love that this isn't a 15 minute video! Well done.
We try to be as concise as possible! Glad you found it helpful.
Great video. No Bullshit music playing. Good tip on putting the old disposal to compress the putty
I'm glad you found the video helpful. Thanks for the feedback!
Thank you, this video was very helpful and allowed me to change my garbage disposal without any help!

You did it right brother great share 😎✌️
Would it be nice to see how the plumbing was fitted as well?

Don't forget to knock out the drain plug if you have a garbage disposal

@@shouldit.official No rush to make that uninstall video. But when I looked at my disposal last year, I was afraid to touch it 😀
does it already include putty?
