I really like the 5-4-3-2-1. definitely
will try and practice this when things get stressful at work.

This was so wonderful and so timely. Just had a conversation with my therapist last night about finding small moments for myself throughout the day. Your prompts and advice are so helpful and not overwhelming. Thank you and Archer & Olive.

Thanks so much for this. I've been actively looking for more mindfulness journaling prompts and practices and this is right on the money.

Does anyone ever worry about someone else’s reading your journal?? I do! 😃

Does anyone else find that mindfulness makes you more anxious? 5-4-3-2-1 for example always amplifies sensory overload for me.

It found it difficult to calm my mind when I first tried mindfulness!
