I really like the 5-4-3-2-1. definitely will try and practice this when things get stressful at work.

Does anyone else find that mindfulness makes you more anxious? 5-4-3-2-1 for example always amplifies sensory overload for me.
It found it difficult to calm my mind when I first tried mindfulness!
