Yes nicely and finally Audi solved this, basically according to the documentation NS roof lock, latch and catch are replaced, as well as the brackets on both sides of the roof canopys. Not too sure that makes any sense to you (i don't get it very much probably too technical for me) but the noise is gone after this repair (finally, take 3 years :D)

Quick update (though should do this earlier), it came back after a few months :D
I have the same problem 😑
Car will be with Audi next month I will keep you posted if they found the issue.
