Why You Should Have a Back Up Workout Plan!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

  • When I was a brand new attending physician (just completed residency training) and a brand new mom at the same time, I STRUGGLED with exercise consistency. I crafted lots of workout plans over the course of YEARS that never happened because unexpected things popped up. That’s life! And everyone has one! So I started creating back up work out plans - instead of throwing in the towel and not moving at all, I still showed up and did what I could, even if it was just one minute. This strengthened my confidence, created a rock solid habit, and now I have done some sort of movement/exercise daily for 83 weeks!!! YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!! Try some experiments and find out what movement is non-negotiable for you. Let me know if you have a back up workout plan or if you start to create one after watching this video!!!
