I saw them about that time in The Welsh Working Mens Club in Harlesden, N London. Chip Hawkes' son Chesney appeared with them. Chesney had a hit with a song called I Am The One And Only. Chesney was a chip off the old block.
This is probably one of the last Allen did before he passed, RIP Allen miss you a lot, you was a great man. Sorry to hear Dave Munden just passed too, shame brought so much happiness to so many people.

I’ve been looking for an all black Stratocaster after I saw Alan Blakley’s black Stratocaster, which is all black (because of the matching headstock), but I’ll soon realize that the guitar was customized.
Ich habe die Tremeloes in genau der Besetzung Anfang der 90er 2x in schwarzen Lederklamotten bei der Oldie-Night in Haßloch/Pfalz gesehen in einer Sporthalle von der TSG Haßloch - aber wo wurde dieses Konzert mitgeschnitten, auch in Haßloch ? Wegen der Dunkelheit habe ich damit Probleme, wir saßen immer ganz hinten auf den hohen Bänken der Halle an der Wand.
Ja super, das zu wissen, die waren sowas von gut. Das TV war bei diesen Konzerten nicht dabei. In Haßloch waren damals auch Dave Dee, Marmelade, Showaddywaddy, Mamas & Papas mit Scott McKenzie, Peter Sarstedt, Equals, Sweet z.B. mit dabei, sowas von tollen Konzerten, leider habe ich keine Fotos und Poster von damals.
@@carlregenberg Ich habe damals 2 dieser Oldie Nächte aufgenommen, das war noch über Antenne! Mal sehen, ob ich davon noch etwas bearbeiten und hochladen kann Schade dass heute kein Sender mehr in der Art etwas anbietet... The Searchers, Hermans Hermit`s, The Lords und The Rubettes habe ich von diesen Veranstaltungen hochgeladen, besuch mal meinen Kanal, dort habe ich eine Playlist. Alle diese Bands waren bei diesen Konzerten oft besser wie zu ihren Glanzzeiten! Einige dieser Bands habe ich in den 60ern erlebt, wenn die Lords bei uns aufgetreten sind, kam die Technik mit einem Ford Transit und einem Kombiwagen.

I remember every Saturday in Tilbury Essex a most underated group I must have been 17/18 yrs. Loved them then, now at 80yrs love their music still.

In Stuttgart war das, ich habe das Konzert von SR3 aufgezeichnet damals.

This performance is very insipid & a touch off the pace. Not like the Trems at all.
