Yeah no, it's pretty much confirmed that astas devil union is far stronger than Dante. Asta was even able to overpower Dante's devil with his devil union. The only reason he didn't take out lucifero earlier is because of the time limit on devil union so he had to wait for it to recharge. Lucius is definitely the current strongest devil user but asta is second.
