Sometimes when I have anxiety if I watch something funny get my mind off things and laugh that helps a lot pop seems to trigger caffeine being on my phone a lot triggers it lemonade with natural healer so I've been drinking a lot of it instead of pop and stuff and I do drink Red Bull some a lot but hey I work on that but I haven't had one in a while but I'm telling you when I'm real bad something funny pulls me right out of it I watch Like Little Rascals Three Stooges something that makes me laugh I mean I'm sure it varies for each person I feel like venting and talking about it helps especially if they know the signs are getting ready to get into one if they call somebody that cares that can calm them down a little bit i havent watch ur video yet i will out of respect but these are the thing that help me lemon is a natural healer they use it and spearmint
And the only reason I say lemonade which it's got to be lemon chews living at home made it can't be Kool-Aid is that I've been drinking it for a while and I haven't had one in a while
And prayer I believe that had a big thing to do with the two but with prayer you got to be you got to believe in 100% the God's going to answer it will Dustin doubt will screw it up
I refuse to take meds i didnnt want to fill that med zombie filling or worry about side effects or worry about being allergic then you're just going to throw yourself into an anxiety attack I'm sorry I kept you waiting

Driving while lightheaded with anxiety isnt so easy to stop. Easier said than done, I've had this symptom
since 2001.....and wont drive on fast roads.
