I totally agree with you about season 2, the main sense of story is much more different than act of single hero's "heroism" and awesomeness. That makes anime more attractive, but don't confuse it with main sense.
All I want is a spin-off with Mina. I never thought anyone could beat Hei's hyper-sense but that bitch moves like a leaf in the wind. She's like Hei's female counterpart.
the ONLY reason Mina beat Hei one fight out of 3 was because she was a contractor and he wasn't. If Hei had his molecular re-construction ability during the third fight, then Hei would have won the second he caught her with his "badass belt wire thingy."
Yep. One figures they should have done more with Hei's ability than they ultimately did seeing as it is quite complex, but I guess that goes to show the skill it requires to use properly.
I liked Season 2 a lot. I just think what dinged it a lot for me was the lack of clarity. There was a lot of moments that didn't make sense and seriously, I watched that series about 3 times in a row.
meh 2nd season was decent, what killed it for me was that girl they introduced. Also I believe a lot of people ended up watching the 2nd season without watching the OVA's which can pretty much kill it for them.
