- F1 Fans FURIOUS : Andretti's EXTREME Move SHAKES Up F1!
Big news alert! Andretti's causing a stir with a surprising move that's got everyone talking. They've just opened a flashy new factory at Silverstone, hinting at their bold plan to jump into Formula 1 soon.
The buzz is real, and fans everywhere are itching to know what this means for the future of their favorite sport. So, buckle up and get ready because today, we're diving into the details of Andretti's unexpected journey into Formula 1. Let's dive into the video to know what's happening behind the scenes.
Andretti Global is all set to enter the Formula 1 world, with big plans to join the racing grid. Even though they faced some roadblocks, they never gave up. While the F1 governing body supported them, Liberty Media, who controls the commercial rights, initially said no to their entry. But Andretti kept pushing forward.
Recently, they made a big announcement-they unveiled a new facility at Silverstone, marking a significant step towards their F1 dreams. Last year, Andretti cleared the first hurdle by gaining approval from the FIA to form their own F1 team.

I have no problem with Andretti getting a spot on the grid. more racing!
F1 is sacred of a well backed American team.
How can they say GM couldn’t build a competitive motor when Red Bull is teaming with Ford
They said that Andretti wouldn't be competitive, but what about the 2 LONG STANDING teams, with NO POINTS yet so far this season? Do they consider that competitive? The interest in F1 in the United States would explode, with an all American team, and drivers involved. It's all about the money in my opinion, the other teams don't want to give up any.
Here in the US, we really love our open wheel racing. We're a major market for most of the F1 engine suppliers. Andretti is racing royalty in this country, and we have good racing venues currently for F1. Liberty media is the culprit.
@@monica93304 Exactly! They re nervous for such an important name to be involved, and so are some of the other teams
@@popeyeman69Americans have an inflated sense of importance. Andretti is of no more value to the F1 world than Audi, for instance. However, as far as I am concerned, I would rather like him in F1 instead of Audi, and that would be great for the US, but he didn't buy Sauber, and maybe they didn't want to sell it to him either. If the owners of the F1 teams thought there would be more money from his entrance than would be lost from sharing it on 11 instead of 10 teams, they would gladly approve of his team. And, yes, it's not fair, I admit.
How about some new news instead of recycling what we've already seen and heard.
Haven’t watched a lap all year. Only check in on Andretti news every now and then. Enjoying the additional time with my ‘73 Stingray. Wonder if I’m the only American tuning out.
Maybe the Adrian newey have got a extreme good offer from andretti
