I’m thinking of making a scotland golf trip next March, did they require you to play with mats? What about the other surrounding courses? Wasn’t sure if that was required. Thanks
@@BillyAyles-s6n Im sorry I cant remember. Might have been mats in March. Im a member at Tain and I dont think its mats. Golspie and Brora are also great courses. Id take a mat just incase. Ive always got mine in the car.
gorse .lots of bunkers .run offs from the green .lots of borrows on the green .not easy putts at all. Most links courses are like that but you cannfactor in the wind as well

With no trees , how are these coares hard/good? They look easy.

Easy you have obviously not played links golf just wait till it blows a gale i will guarantee you wont score anything near 80 thats a fact !!
