Originally planned by the BMA which runs the current BRT system, the project was cancelled by the Yingluck administration. In 2018, the MRTA said they would like to develop it, to provide a feeder to the MRT Brown and Pink Lines. Service to this area would be part of a Phase 2 extension. Our purpose for recommending properties in Sathorn and Silom is because these locations are where Bangkok's central business district is. We showed the walk from Chong Nonsi BTS to Knightsbridge Prime Sathorn. Price wise we do see a significant difference in those near to Chong Nonsi BTS versus Knightsbridge Prime Sathorn which is about a 10 odd minute walk away. You can see the walk on our TH-cam channel.
