I have a 94 gt that I am about to restore. I took the door panel off and noticed the same little box you did. Checking my Hanes manual it seems its a part of the remote lock unlock if the car has the remote to lock and unlock the doors. Thanks for the video as i will be updating to a two din radio.

It's definitely a huge upgrade and brings the technology into the 2023- 2024 age
hey is it difficult to replace the tweeters? are they compatible with the same wire harness
also what size are they 3.5?
