Chardonnay is a grape that grows all around the world.
Depending on where it is grown and how it is treated in the winery, this grape can produce so many different styles that it earned the nickname "Chameleon grape."
In this video, we will cover the major appellations that you need to know for your WSET Level 2 in Wines course.
Plus, as always, to test your knowledge, at the end of the video, there are 10 WSET Level 2 in Wines exam type questions.

A great run through on Chardonnay. Re Q 7 Is Pays d'Oc actually an appellation? I know that it is an PGI. I thought appellations were all PDOs.
PDO and PGI are both appellations. PDO are usually smaller and more strict with rules regarding viticulture a vilification rules.
