    In this video, we will cover Sauvignon Blanc's characteristics, viticulture and winemaking, labeling, and the major appellations that you need to know for your WSET Level 2 in Wines course.

      @@thirstyandwise I would like to ace the exam 1st and then move on to level 3. Hopefully I can advance into Diplomacy. I would like to travel and work as Sommelier in the wine industry. It doesn’t matter what. I love wine & I’m intrigued.

    Navigate, would you be so kind as to slow down a little bit whenever you are talking about their regions?Because I do not speak French.And I'm having a little difficulty discerning the location and the correct pronunciation.Other than that, I absolutely love your videos.They are the most informative.I've viewed so far thank you

      Thank you for your feedback. I will have it in mind for future videos. Something I found helpful while I was starting to learn how to pronounce the names of grapes and regions is free 🆓 online application Forvo. Write the word you want the pronunciation for, and it will give you a button that you press and it pronounce the word in local accent and English. Stay Thirsty and Wise

      What does mean by moderate climate?

    • @thirstyandwise
      @thirstyandwise  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@kasunchamilka3304 good question. Moderate climate is based on average growing season temperatures. Moderate is in between cool and warm climates. There are other terms to describe climate which are based on rainfall and temperature difference between seasons like: continental, maritime and mediterranean.
