It’s about healing your relationship with food and your body and being intentional about your emotional state when you eat. It’s focuses on what you do want (peace) as opposed to what you don’t want. My way of working with food issues is about focusing on what you want to create rather than what you want to stop, as this (I feel) just puts more energy into the problem itself. Hope that makes sense ❤️
as much as i appreciate the idea of this meditation - i found the music too distracting and loud, so that kept me from being able to keep focussing on the words. thanks anyway, sarah…meditation can certainly be helpful!
