    • @FlickGraphics
      @FlickGraphics 3 ปีที่แล้ว +89

      Sexysaurus Rex I found that a lot of photography is about experimentation. After all, whatever you produce is yours, there’s no right or wrong. You may even hate what you produce but that’s the beauty of art being subjective. Someone else may love it. There is a lot to remember, but don’t let that restrict you or demotivate you to go and take photos. Your mistakes and awful photos (every 999/1000 for me) will teach you what settings you need to use next time. It’s hard to learn things straight off because you have no understanding of their effect until you actually go and try it. Welcome your mistakes and the rest will follow! All the best with it :)

    Fun story, you can actually break a chunk of that plant off and stick it in a cup of water and it will root and grow another one. Just make sure it has a few leaves on it (like 5 or so).. rip off the bottom leaf closest to the cut and put it in water... Should have roots in like 30 days or less. Then you can plant it in soil and have another Pothos. :)

    Peter McKinnon rocks! I should've seen this clip BEFORE heading out to Uinta Wasatch Cache National Forrest - Willow Heights Conservation Area - and taking mediocre photos! And the climb up there was treacherous, and I had a pounding headache midway. And the tip on GOLDEN HOUR! I'm not shooting crappy photos and videos again for my TH-cam channel.

      Agreed! My boyfriend & I both have pin-straight hair locks, & his hair is so long (genuinely down to his waist: he’s in a band: just for context) - but we always slightly envy those with this natural healthy texture/thickness like Peter’s hair. Congrats on good genes & your hairdresser 💇🏻‍♂️💪👍😁

    Hey, great vid! I was curious about those small jpeg pics that you managed to blow up. How do you do that while preserving quality? I want to enhance some images for large format (as in, larger than their quality would allow for) and I’m a bit clueless. I heard photoshops new algorithms to supersize pictures are great, but do they look that great on print? Thanks!
