I'm trying to start a reading culture for mine. The reason being is i want everyone to be on my level so that we can bounce ideas off each other and so i'm spending less time trying to explain a concept and more time planning a strategy :) i've also started a culture with your videos. Every day i will be sharing one of your videos that relates to what we need to do now in the business. Of course, i am watching more than one as you can tell by the barrage of comments i leave but i want them to learn and improve constantly. Our mission statement that we discussed is to "nurture success". That is what is at the heart of our company and so self improvement will be important to us as we develop.

I am currently working as the marketing and operations manager for my husband's Real Estate Group. He is a top producer and does really well but we want to go to the next level. I generally take couple of team members (random pick) to a lunch and chat with them on a regular basis. Some time, i call them to join the lunch with their family members and kids.
