As you said that Japan looks beautiful in the middle of nowhere which is most likely because Japan has some great flora. Hence even a forest in a some good sunlight looks fantastic. The lush green trees are mainly because it’s an island and islands tend to have such beautiful flora as there’s water coming in from all directions.
