I appreciate the great effort they are putting in on LV watches, but brass brackets on a watch would not work. The sooner they abandon the idea, the better it is.
No matter how good LV's watches are, LV is not a watchmaking brand. Imagine if Vacheron Constantin gets into handbag business like LV getting into watch business, it just doesn't fit. It is actually weird. The image is already off from its original brand. Apple is a good example. What happened when it tried to get into car business? It failed! Just stick with your original business and don't dip your toes into something else.
