Clear as can be, Tmez is literally choking on fire retardant and is clearly in a hurry to get out of the car so he can start breathing and a Marshall cops a steering wheel in the rush of him getting out. Then the Marshall is pretty much shaping up and abusing Tmez all after he has just been dumped because he (the Marshall) is upset and has a temper .The official was was the problem here!
Tmez handled the situation very well under the circumstances.

@@kyleraymer5581 There's fire retardant smoke every where, he got blasted in the face by it and officials are possibly saying fire. If there's a fire you want out as quickly as possible. That steering wheel is in the way of you getting out, so you want it gone quick as possible, without it possibly getting caught on something. So the wheel comes out of the car and usually quickly. I can promise you it was more than likely accidental it hit the official.
I usually put my wheel between the dash and the steering box, when I get out normally. Sometimes with movement of the car it will come down and get caught on the steering box. Midgets are real tight to get in and out so it has a chance at getting caught and catching your knee or foot when getting out. So each time I've had a fire, the wheel is going out of the car and quickly.
Also note, unless it's a really big fire, you don't know you're on fire until someone tells you it's on fire. Fires can spread very quickly so the last thing you want to do is hang around in a car that's on fire.
How can u take someone out like this and not get a penalty

He apparently threw something at an official, I belive you can hear that at the very beginning, likely TMez throwing off his stuff getting out of his car and the official got pissy

You're in the car , its upside down , then righted right side up and the fire extinguisher goes off. I'd guess as a driver that send a pretty clear signal that there's a fire and it's time to get the fuck outta there. Idiots are standing around with no firesuits on? Got their priorities mixed up. The ultimate solution would have been to pull Canonballer from the show since he punted you outta the show. Seems only fair he should have missed out too. Cannonball McInintosh performing the Slide-n-Wreckem' again. The ejection was just as dumb by CB Nationals imo, just as bad as Cannonball's reaction, apparently he needs remedial math to learn how to count to seven. Emmett Hahn was the only smart one at CB Nationals, correcting a wrong, bringing T-Mez back in the building.
You realize both guys thought they were in 7th and 8th. It's not exactly an uncommon thing to happen in this race.

That's why I'm glad they let it go as just racing. But in fairness it's only been the last year or two since Nascar has started that crap. Still not as bad as FIA though where they penalize any contact what so ever.

My point of view was that it was just a racing incident. I don't think TMez was intentionally wrecked, I'm not sure if McIntosh always has these types of things happen. If so he needs to chill and not drive over his head.

Sometimes I think they ought to take the roll cages off and see how brave these kids are then. I've been going to midget races since the 60's, and driving since the 70's. It was rare to see somebody get upside down before cages. It hurt.
