I went here for a "Mom and me" cooking class and it was really fun! The staff is super friendly - we instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. I love the large kitchen with plenty of space - they maintain it very clean. The class was well run and organized. Chef Andrea has a great personality and kept the fun class and I learned several new things. It was a lovely experience and we can't wait to go back!
The trick with flipping the thin end of the skirt steak on top to prevent it from getting overcooked is brilliant and so simple the same time. Why haven't I thought about this before. Great Video as always btw.
