Thanks so much for sharing freely. So generous. Can you share how you came up with these melodies and harmonies? Or how you come up with them in general?

On how I come up with the melodies and harmonies : They sometimes randomly pop up in my head, or I find them on the keyboard, I would say it's 25/75
On the spirit of sharing : I'm very happy people can browse my pieces freely but there's something more to it. I hope my work will inspire others to start or continue composing, especially very young people who have a very high progression potential. In my opinion the legacy the masters have left to us is too great to let it become idle, carved in marble. With all the resources at our disposal, I feel it as an homage to the masters to continue composing, even if only a small number of people enjoy it; and even if there is a 0.0001% chance we can locally push the limits even higher there's no reason not to do it.

Nice piece!Good job. But I believe the notation might be wrong. The time signature is correct, but the notes need to be 4th notes instead of 8th notes (and so forth), etc.Because of the impulse. Otherwise the sentence within the measures are too long for 4/4. not sure if that makes sense, and I might be wrong. 🙂

What are you talking about? The score is perfectly suited for 4/4

@@lucasalvesdoo3725 I am saying, the time signature is correct, so it is 4/4, but the way the notes are written, it is playing twice the amount of notes in each measure I think. I might be wrong, because I usually read the rhythm from the left hand. I notice that especially on measure n.7. Let me know what you think 🙂

@@restartgame_2820 4/4 time means 4 quarter notes per measure. In this score, in the bass, you have constant 8 eight, wich equals in value to 4 quarter notes. In the treble, you usually have a flow of 16 sixteenth note mixed with some 32nd notes in some places, this also equal in length to 8 eight notes, or 4 quarter notes.
Perhaps the 32nd notes mixes with 16th is the reason of this misunderstanding

@@lucasalvesdoo3725 Ah I see, nevermind, actually in the meantime I was able to ask my music teacher and my doubts has been solved hehe. I am still in a learning phase and I was super curious. What I was referring to is difficult to explain in words for me, as I don't know all the technical terms by heart yet.
I am referring to the impulse of the time signature. I was in doubt as to where the impulse of the 1st beat of each measure would be. And listening to the midi I got a little bit confused about that, because midi, doesn't necessarily play with impulses (unless it is a good VST or has specific dynamics written on the sheet)
And it felt to me as if the 1st beat was in the middle of each sentence. Turns out it is all correct all good, because it is played by midi.
And what you answered I know already no worries hehe
If it was played by a pianist, it would highly depend on how it would be played and how the pianist translates the impulses of each beat.
So nevermind my comment :D Sorry for the confusion. And thanks for the answers!
