While I do think it's a foreshadow, I think more specifically this is all relating to their past. That mask doesn't look like Soukaku's current mask. Old mask broke, Yanagi gifted a new one. Miyabi clearly showed distaste towards those that cause the expansion of Hollow 0. Maybe when she first started she was a "villain" in terms of she held no justice back at all toward anything. Nowadays she is much calmer and focused. Harumasa's master treated him poorly, and now that he is away from him, he can be happy Last one I can't interpret well besides Yanagi was alone before and didn't know what her purpose was (broken glasses) and now she has Soukaku in her life
Ooo that's a cool theory. All the faction have some kinda theme. I tot section 6 have yokai theme cuz Miyabi a fox and Yanagi and Soukaku oni but then asaba didn't fit. But yours is even cooler.

My guess is that Miyabi is also part of the "Home" where Paethon originally came from. Albeit her circumstances there are less favorable than what the twins were. The video have a lot of moments where medicine is involved, however Haru is also named here so it could be about him. An odd thing about it is that other than drawings that are clearly drawn by Soukaku, and Soukaku herself getting a small spotlight, she isn't named alongside Yanagi which I find suspicious.

Yanagi (sad): Dropping her glasses and cleaning (?) Harumasa (sad): Getting his headband from ??? (face all erased) Miyabi (sad): Getting cursed(?) by the sword?
I think maybe they go throw a Hollow and Miyabi gets replaced by Evil Miyabi born from the Hollow or something like that. And Soukaku witnessed that and shes getting treated for that hollow syndrome that alters your memory, but her drawings show Evil Miyabi as a clue or something.
