There's a few TH-cam channels based on nothing but hoof care. The absolute top one is The Hoof GP. Routine hoof care should always be standard practice. He does cows and bulls.
Legitimately the second he was on his feet i bet he felt like a new bull. There is no way he could buck with feet like that. Definitely asking for injury if ya hadnt of had his feet trimmed. But honestly feet trimming for cows is more common for diary cows. Their is also so much to trimming cow feet, and what issues the farrier can deal with and what issues is better left for a vet to deal with. And he is honestly doing a very good job of sitting in that table
Good video you need to put big horn with them long horn cows and raise some more Longhorns ..horned ropers are getting hard to find in and prices are going up on them even in places were there are more ..

Big horn was actually a roping steer/bull sometime before we bought him and his horns got too big to rope.
