Thank you for taking my question.
I think one of the biggest contribution in lack of quality players from our leagues is we don't have lots of true football club owners like Rob Moore, Ntate Molemela, Goolam Allie, Jomo Sono, Ria Ledwaba etc we now have celebrity owners who don't have real love and passion for football.
I can also add lack of quality coaches in our league like we used to have Ted, Igusand, Bobbie Solomons, Dolezer, Muhsin, Bondarenko, etc those coaches used to make our league very competitive

The problem with SA foorball is the development. We have talent in South Africa but players are not well developed even when they play in the 3rd division as youngstars they dont get better coaching because the coaches are not qualified .Safa has to look into providing service like CAF B and CAF A so that our coaches can qualify to coach DSTV premier league and 2nd divison Motsepe champion league.Supersport ;Stellenbosch ;Cape Town City ;Orlando Pirates ;Sundowns ;Kaizer Chiefs ;Ts Galaxy ;Golden Arrows are the teams that have produced youngstars. The lackbof sponsorship to smaller teams is contributing factor because teams cant afford to pay coaches and have better fascilities.Inter Provinse competition like Northern Transvaal ;Eastern Cape etc competing in the under 13 15 17 and 19 we need that.Schools football has died so theres no enough pull of players that are given opportunities its only those ones who joins academies.
