Frequent Lightning From a Rapidly Strengthening Small Thunderstorm | June 30th 2024

Well this was a surprise. The forecast for earlier in the day was a bust. The heavy rain was nice, but the slight risk of severe weather didn't verify at least for here, but this surprisingly formed at night, after the slight risk was gone and only a marginal risk was left.

I had no idea this was coming until I saw people in discord talking about it, then I looked at radar and saw this storm exploding over the lake. Rare occurance of storms not being devoured by Lake Erie. 😂
Overall a classic great storm.
