I tried this recipe with cheese inside. It’s so good and yes it doesn’t flatten once out of the hot oil. I did it yesterday and today for merienda. I used 1 cup glutinous rice flour just enough for us to consume. I just adjusted all other ingredients based on the 1 cup GRF. So that’s 1 cup glutinous rice flour 1/4 cup APF 1/3 + 1/4 cup water A pinch of salt
