2 Cups of Glutinous rice/ 2 TBSP of white sugar/ 3/4 cup of water/ mix it together, sugar, Water add to glutinous rice. Use 1/4 cup to make it a ball, make flat in put the Ube yum, use a teaspoon. Steam for 25 to 30 minutes. Note/ Ube jam, sold in Asian stores / or Purple Yum jam/ or Ube Halaya.
