    Although VRoid is beginner friendly, I still was struggling a bit with the hair and outfit editing. This tutorial helped me better understand the hair editor a lot.

    With several hours under my belt learning by testing, watching other tutorials, and making my character based off my OC, seeing it possibly come together in an hour caught me off guard. I cant wait to watch it all the way through.
    Thank you very much Argama!

      I am a Twitch Streamer. I'm also a Furry which y'know, doing vtuber stuff would allow me to use my Fursona, instead of myself, to stream in the corner. It would give my community something to see while I stream. It's all kinds of confusing right now but this seems beginner user friendly. :D

    This video really profits from being played at 1.25x speed, I usually don't do that but it feels like a much more natural talking speed there so I do recommend it.

    • @ArgamaWitch
      @ArgamaWitch  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah, sorry I was trying to go slow enough so people can watch what I do as I do, since when I talk over speed arts they sometimes miss what I'm doing.

      @Laezar1 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ArgamaWitch That's fine it's actually super helpful! haven't watched the video fully yet cause I had a power outage xD
      But definitely think if people want to do like me and watch it as it's own thing 1.25x speed works very well!
      But making it slower to follow easily is valid too. Wasn't a criticism of the video just a friendly tip for people that'd otherwise be put off by the speed =p

    ~glances at my Steam auto update install of VRoid~ Cool, I'm half way done with this tutorial ^^ I think the hardest part about drawing hair is that the root tends to float above/beside the head after I draw a stroke. That, and the hair stroke itself is like working with the snake hook sculpting brush in Blender.

    • @ArgamaWitch

      There is a texture tab you can change skin tone there, or import your own. You can change the waist size which is really the ass/thigh size. You can't make the lower legs thicker.

    Thanks for the video. I'm in the process of making my own avatar, and the only problem I'm having is making my clothing look good without resorting to too many alters on the default clothing for what I want the character to be. I'm new enough as it is, and I'm no artist by any means, so I very nervous about altering the default textures more than I want to even with an undo button. At the very least this let me figure out the basic way of working it.

      I recommend exporting the textures to edit than way you can put the new designs on a new layer
