God I just respect Joel so much. His career including while navigating dyslexia to pull it off, how he answered the question about if The Soup could work today and the (imo) tired view about modern audiences being too sensitive, I just really admire him. What a legend.
I watched this podcast religiously during the pandemic, I stopped sometime after the aussie lockdowns lifted and meant to come back see the rest of the seasons commentary I'm so confused and entertained. 😂 But thank you guys for the entertainment during an extremely hard time, and now! Lots of catch up!
OMG - I just remembered the episode of The Soup when Joel proclaimed that the hills was definitely not a scripted show and they showed the clip between Jen and maybe Lauren and there was no talking - just staring at each other 😂😂
I just discovered that you guys have a podcast and binged most of them this weekend. I don’t think there’s a show that exists that wouldn’t benefit from Zach & Donald being on it together. I agree with Donald, you guys doing Running Scared would be great. I probably watched it 30 times as a kid, it was one of my go to movies on vhs.
I'm with Zach, I've been on the Joel train since The Soup. One of the only reasons why I bought cable in Australia's limited programming back in the day.
Vin did a short film on his race. It was how he got discovered. The film was all about casting thinking he wasn't _____ enough. Not black enough. Not Italian enough. Not Hispanic enough. "Multi-facial"
Love Tyler as an actress but for me there was only John Henson and Joel for the soup. I hated when Hal replaced Henson. Hated Tyler as the host. But when Joel came it was like it was BACK. Im old. I remember lol
Im curious how many time did you listen the podcast? I just finished it for the third time and i always wondered how many other people did that as well. its just the best :)
I love Donalds passions. I'm here for the banter more than the rewatch.
Exactly I thought it was lame for Zach to shut him down about something he is passionate about

Why am I only discovering this podcast now and why isn't there more subscribers?? This is great!
Just now found it.
joel is so goated, he was also very important in bringing harmon back after season 4 of community

I love the honesty and communication of this group!❤
I would love a whole episode on stopmotion and set building
Currently on my 1000th scrubs rewatch. This is the crossover my soul needed. Thanks guys 🫡

"40 % Zach Braff in Scrubs"
"Zach Braff???"
thank you, it was all i could think about when i saw the thumnail
The Sanjaya bit was so funny on The Soup. And i loved the Gay Shows intro cards 😂

Still keeping it real Zach with the worn sofa 🛋️ 👌🏼 like it
Lol😂 that couch ain’t that worn, Donald is keeping it the realest sitting on the ground in front of his couch 🛋️
Joel seems like such a cool guy, has anyone told him how famous he is?
Still waiting for the compilation of every time bill Lawrence says “5,6,7,8!”
I’m sad the beginning seemed cut. I would have loved all 5 mins of stop motion talk 😅
I will listen to these two make each other laugh while talking about any topic. Guest or no guest. I love the conversations
Aisha Tyler is another person that should be brought on this show. One of my favorites along with Joel.
I LOVE YOU GUYS!
The worst season of Community is still better than the best season of most shows.
I never noticed that Zach sounds kind of like Howard Stern.
Get Joel back on and talk about Almost Live, and working with Bill Nye
Would love to see Donald and Zach as Pet Surgeons on Animal Control...
"And that was our segment on 'is Vin Diesel Black?'" and I'm with Joelle - as a Black woman in a mixed family, he's Black. 😂
Your opinion is irrelevant. He's more white than anything.
The key is to innovate 😉
Wow, Donald has an amazingly large but funny ego! 😊

"Multi-facial"
Donald should get a 3D printer for his scenery stuff
Love Community and Animal Control.
Ohh man! He's more handsome than the guy who's famous for being handsome
I was the first like!!! Wooot!!!
Imagine having a spouse who likes "Ted Lasso" and "Shrinking" but won't give "Scrubs" a shot
I don’t just listen to FDRF, I live it!
Relax Donald Denzels not retiring after Black Panther, he's signed on for two more equalizer films
i bet vin diesel is egyptian
little weird seeing jeff with a grey beard. holyyyy. LUL also, my buddy jamz got me hooooked on the soup. we'd watch em on dvr. classic.
Love Tyler as an actress but for me there was only John Henson and Joel for the soup. I hated when Hal replaced Henson. Hated Tyler as the host. But when Joel came it was like it was BACK. Im old. I remember lol
FDRF is the equivalent of a stop-motion masterpiece, building frame by frame
Not to brag, but I think I’ve got the record for most listens of FDRF
False.
Im curious how many time did you listen the podcast?
I just finished it for the third time and i always wondered how many other people did that as well.
its just the best :)
