I’ve been going through a rough patch (it’s a field atp) in life but honestly your videos have been a saving grace. You are the coziest, comfiest and most interesting person to watch. Your videos are the equivalent to a bonfire 😭 if that makes sense.

i’ve had some patches where i struggle with food and feeling like eating doesn’t do me any good, and hearing you talk about struggling as well and flipping it around in to such a magical and grateful experience makes me feel so much better. all of your meals look so yummy i would so love a recipe / meal prepping / snack video!!! thank you for the videos you make your channel is so comforting :,)

I love cooking videos an new recipes! Also artichokes are delicious! I use them to make spinach artichokes dip :) I like the pickled artichokes the best although prob not as healthy lolz

Hey Seph! Not sure if this is an editing style choice, but i find that your videos are always a teeensy bit on the quieter side (i normally have to listen with full volume on my devices) in case this isn't a style choice, I thought I would let you know
@@strawbrerymilk not an editing choice at all haha I need a mic/ need to buy a laptop to edit on because I have to export my videos at a lower quality otherwise they don’t save to my phone due to low storage :(( saving up for a refurbished laptop as we speak haha and I’ll grab a little mic too!

I love love love the benefits of sea moss,, but the taste on its own is really not it. I mix a homemade strawberry and mango purées in with my jar and it’s like applesauce!
