    Another misleading headline from a “news source”
    At no point did they say how to tell if your being tracked

    The contradiction here is that, like they said, people use this to track their stuff in case it is stolen. So if someone steals something from you and then is notified they are being tracked... well that really defeats the entire purpose of these things.

    Just installed 2 air tags in my car, if it gets stolen hopefully I can track it! Pros and cons with these air tags.

      Pointless as a thief gets a notification saying it’s near them so they know to remove it 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Easy check your iPad or iPhone if there's a Bluetooth signal near you.. Then go about a mile away and do the same thing if that signals with you and you don't know what it is , somebody is tracking you ..All those tags operate on Bluetooth.. I wish somebody would track me I'd feel wanted...

      It'd be cool if i was tracked too, I'd have to find the tag and then also find out who was tracking me and why. And then it can be an ultimate showdown, who will be kidnapped or killed first

    This video got some things right, but got as many things wrong. The only thing I'll mention, since it's not my job to correct the whole internet, is that this isn't an Apple issue! Apple didn't invent this technology. Apple is just joining the party and now people are complaining about the party because now it's Apple. Over half of the comments to this video are Apple-hater comments with no logic. If Apple shut down its AirTag system, the problem wouldn't go away, and other companies will fill the void. As I write this, Google is testing software for Android that copies all the features of Apple's AirTag software.

      The reason this has a lot of attention is because of Apple's extensive ecosystem and user base. It affects a lot more people than Tile for instance.

    • @TheNameOfJesus
      @TheNameOfJesus 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@alexapuerta Correct. But there are more Android phones than Apple phones, and Android is getting an update soon to copy this feature. Are the same people in the comments to this video going to hate Google for the same reason?
