Thank you for your creativity. These knots are a welcome relief to the usual half windsor knot that I have used for some 40 years. I'm not a real fan of neckties, but this lends a decorative yet simple touch something that I reluctantly employ.
Specifically for this knot, I've been searching for about 7 years for a round tiger eye cabochon for use as the extra flare. Last weekend I finally found one, and I picked up a rounded-corner square labradorite as well that will hopefully fit. Hopefully the shimmer from different angles will be a statement maker. Thank you for this video, and for all of your other necktie knot videos. I come back to them every time I want to be fancy.

It took me about 100 tries, but I got it!!! LOL It's really a nice knot for a special occasion. I also inserted a cuff link instead of a 'jeweled button, you have to mess with it a bit for that right look, buts stays in place all day!... Thanks for Sharing!!

Great vid, thanks. I've rocked to this once thanks to you, but I need more practice. For the optional bling in the center of the aperture I used a cr2032 battery with red reflective DOT tape on the side with the size and voltage markings. The bare side has a cool texture and is fairly reflective silver in color. The reflective tape is subtle but when the light hits it right, it hits. I can flip it over to switch it up and if it gets lost it's no big deal. Thanks again and keep them coming!

Nice! I really like that you add something extra to the knot. I have a couple coins that I like to use. It just gives another talking point to the knot!

This was awesome. I think ties should be taught in HS for home economics is as well as sewing, cooking etc. This was amazing.
Now......THIS knot is sick. I like it. At first I was like.."great another 'fold the tie' knot". But it actually is quite nice. And since my fiance is a photographer....It will work well for me. ;)

As a professional photographer, I'm madly in love with this and will definitely be wearing it to shoots! Also as a professional photographer though, your definition of aperture and shutter could do with some brushing up ;)

If it helps out any, I recently learned about ISO and I'm beginning to toggle it during my filming and such to ensure better exposure! I'm still nowhere near a pro status though, that's for sure!

Great vid, thanks. I've rocked to this once thanks to you, but I need more practice. For the optional bling in the center of the aperture I used a cr2032 battery with red reflective DOT tape on the side with the size and voltage markings. The bare side has a cool texture and is fairly reflective silver in color. The reflective tape is subtle but when the light hits it right, it hits. I can flip it over to switch it up and if it gets lost it's no big deal. Thanks again and keep them coming!
