    Hi Linwood, I am a big fan of yours and have watched all your videos, well the ones I can digest. My nephew's wedding is coming up this summer and I have designed the aperture knot for the groom on wedding and the abundance knot for his reception. My sister thinks I am a genius (thanks to you!). Maybe I'm doing this incorrectly but it seems like on the left side the tail is going in and out the same loop and just resting like that, but when I go to tighten it the pedal created becomes undone ... looks so cool I just want to figure it out lol

    • @WhoSeesThis
      @WhoSeesThis  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Michael-Luca Natt it could possibly be the way you are tightening it, or you may be tying it a little too loose to start off. If it's already too loose, it's hard to tighten and keep in its shape. Thanks for watching!

    Each tie in your clips is 6 feet long?

    • @WhoSeesThis
      @WhoSeesThis  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Luke George my ties are all standard length, at about 52 inches long.
      Usually longer ties start at 63 inches and go up from there.

    • @lukegeorge9657
      @lukegeorge9657 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      52 inches - HOW?? It gives 132 cm. Standard tie in each polish shop is 150 cm - 59 inches. I tried to make a Scale knot using this lenght and i managed to do only 4 L-shapes until the end of the tail without a chance of putting it to the loop. I can make shorter blade but it would look ridiculous.

    • @WhoSeesThis
      @WhoSeesThis  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Luke George that's interesting that the ties you get your hands on are different lengths from the ones I have. I had assumed it was a universal thing.

      WhoSeesThis you could probably have about $20 for every person that asks that question. I know I would be willing to pay for your services. There may be some real money in it!

    Funny thing is, when I first read it, I read "Coronation Knot"! When I opened the video and saw that it was Carnation, I thought "it should have been Coronation".
