No matter what men spin about cremation and natural rending of a body to dust, the chemical nature of dust and ash are completely different. If you choose cremation you are defying God's natural burial instructions. If you have no choice in the matter that is a different thing altogether. God can resurrect any person who is His and obeys Him. Our obedience is the big difference.

The Bible tells us God will gather all those everywhere even in the sea so it doesn't matter weather one dies in an airplane crash, drowning, or is buried or not, our spirit and soul is separated from our body. Our bodies are just our shell and we have an awesome, all powerful and all knowing God who is not limited on whether we are buried or cremated. He will give us a new body. It's ridiculous how some underestimate the all powerful God who has the power to not just kill the body but the soul so please keep your tradition or belief to yourself and stick with what the Bible actually says. Christians need to be a Berean where we each know exactly what our Bible says instead of just believing everything that is taught from the pulpit. The Bible tells us not to be deceived over and over so know your own Bibles and don't be deceived by traditions.

ALOT of people are being cremated because they can't afford to be buried. Atleast here in the South.
🎉 it's hard to believe that there was a time when everybody could afford to be buried . And now it's become like everything else it's just a greedy entity. It's just like the rest of the world it's a huge corporate world and even some of the churches have become corporate. What really gets me is that some of these churches and their congregation are going to be in for a rude awakening. I've been to many churches and different denominations and haven't quite found the church that sounds most like Jesus Christ. That's why Jesus came so we could know who he was and what he loved and what he hated. Jesus was not a wimp, he was a Spitfire and he spit the fiery truth right into the scribes and Pharisees and even told them that they were of their father Satan. When it comes to money and when money is all about the church, then we know we're in big trouble. When Jesus walked this Earth he walked this Earth as a poor man he said foxes have holes the birds of the air have Nest but the son of man hath not where to rest his head. Jesus's primary audience was the poor and the broken and all those that lost heart because the scribes and Pharisees of his day and time condemned the poor people just as the modern day scribes and Pharisees do in this day and time. All the money that goes into your church goes to the corporate office. That is not the way it was when I was growing up. What money came into the church in the city that you lived in it went to the community to help the poor and the needy and they don't give it all away they have high-dollar salaries instead of take what they need in their tents as God said in the wilderness of Moses and the Hebrew children. God said take what you need into your tents and there were those who took more into their tents and God killed the fattest of them. On every piece of money it says trust in God and there's a reason for that because there are people who trust more in their money than they do in God and the truth be known we know that the Antichrist is coming and something is going to happen maybe a Cyber attack and it's going to wipe out every Bank and there will be no records of your money even if you have millions of dollars in the bank this is the way Antichrist is going to get control. We only have a short time left and before the Rapture and I believe it could happen any day. But even as God said in the book of Isaiah the wages of the poor RN the rich man's house and that's what's happening now greed and selfishness and everything that Jesus said would come to pass it is coming to pass now.

I know how you feel. My son died in 2014. From a brain haemorrhage, there’s not a day that I don’t think of him.
I cried for months thinking he was a lost soul…6 months after his death I had a vision, it was like watching a large tv screen,my son was in park playing with a little girl,he looked much younger than when he died. A voice said…this is the daughter that ( name of person) aborted.
I knew nothing of the abortion, but it’s was confirmed,as being true.
I have a son in heaven,and little girl who’s related to meet when I, with the grace of God, go home
I worked in the casket business for 33 years. In those years, I have personally touched caskets at least 300,000 times. That's probably a conservative estimate when you count unloading, warehousing, loading, and delivery. This helped wear my body down. I don't want to touch another casket or be buried in one. I have faith that my God can restore this old shell into my new glorified body no matter the condition. I have spent many hours in the woods on our little homestead talking to my Lord. I have asked for a simple memorial celebration at the church and for my ashes to be scattered in those woods.

Unfortunately this practice is prohibited in my country of Sweden though. I feel it's none of the governments business what we want to do with our loved ones or want for ourselves when they or we die.

I have donated my remains to the local university upon my passing. Perhaps in death ,I can be of some assistance to humanity through science for the purpose of improving health care or even to police work to discover more about decomposition and insect larvae in an effort to solve violent crimes and bring some peace to families of victims. I am probably not able to afford internment or cremation anyway and I have no desire to burden my own relatives with the costs of a traditional funeral. Whether I have earned salvation or not the Lord will find me and I will be judged along with everyone else on the last day.

Do you realize the cost of a funeral,an unregulated industry were people spend money they don't always have.
Its because its too expensive for most people to bury their loved ones. I know that the Bible says the spirit goes back to God, who gave it.

So sad that the days of burying in a family plot in the backyard are gone. It disgusts me that funeral homes cost a fortune. It’s shameful that death is a business! Also, what if one is burned in a house fire? They had no choice! I am torn about this, but I can say that I do not want to be cremated. My prayer is that I’m raptured so I don’t have to make that choice.

It takes money for everything when you get buried. The digging the plot and refitting the hole. Casket, dressing the person getting them ready to be viewed. And that's money that could be used for other things. Any Hospital bill's or whatever!
My father died in 1990 when he was just 49.... My mother chose cremation for him, and I made the decision to have his ashes poured into a popular lake in the city which is a place I visit regularly to walk, and lots of people go there to walk, jog, and many people feed the ducks & swans... Not even sure it was legal to do that, but I was 26 at the time, and I just had to make a decision, and my family said that was a good idea too, so that is where my father has been ever since.... and we still go to that Downtown Lake a few times a year.... Now my mother just turned 80, and she has always told me that she wants to be cremated when she dies someday and poured in the same exact spot in the lake, and I still remember the exact spot.... Hopefully, my mother will live to 100 I tell her.... As for myself, well, I do not know what to do when I die someday... Cremation freaks me out, but so does being dead in a coffin... Good Grief.

God is Almighty, God is Creator. God was able to put Himself inside of the womb, and became one of us. Jesus, God himself in flesh, loves us so much, He died on a cross for our sins. God is all powerful and Jesus rose from that grave to show us how real His love for us is. My wife was cremated. I will be creamated also and my new heavenly body will be with my wife in Heaven. My heart has been at peace since shes been gone and I know without a doubt that when i die, I shall be with the Lord.

i am a Christian and wish to be buried, but i know i cannot afford it like many, i will have to choose cremation. my 92year old mom is on hospice and although she has a burial plan, a plot next to my dad, i recently made prearrangements and it cost me 10 thousand dollars and that only covers a burial, we could not afford a funeral. I live in louisiana where they charge a fortune to have a funeral. Instead i will have a celebration of life afterward.

I can only conclude that the omnipotent God of the Bible will resurrect his faithful regardless of the condition of their bodies. I can’t imagine that He would turn his back on those saints that were burned in martyrdom or eaten alive or who met many disfiguring deaths and whose resting situation is varied. The thing that the Bible stipulates is “believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.”

The body decays in the ground, animals have eaten bodies, people have been burned in fires, dismembered in accidents, wars… and on and on.
Its actually far worse... they are NOT burying the ashes... they are keeping ashes in urns in their homes.. as possessions.
When the bible says, dust shall ye return it means the same body. It doesn't say "Ash shall ye return," Where there's no law there's no transgression. You want to burn or bury, no sweat. Let everyone try to BE HOLY and not bother themselves on how to be buried.
Burial is now only affordable for the rich, but the Bible says it's easier for a camel to enter the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God. The pathway to paradise is getting narrower for both rich and poor.
I agree. If cremation were a problem then the Bible would have given us a warning. You can have an open casket and still be be cremated. It's my families tradition to not make a big fuss over our empty husk. We'll have a nice memorial but not to spend unessecary funds (funds that are and were scarce enough is it is).

Burial can go up to $10,000.00 s of thousands of dollars. Cremation prepaid in Minnesota $1,800.00 upto $3,000.00. Abba Father knows my heart. My family doesn't have $$$$ for burial. When i got my Mom's ashes /dust back, i was very curious ( i was the rebel child) so i opened up the plastic box that held a large heavy plastic baggie, yep i opened it. And we feel exactly like Sugar Sand !!!!!😄🏖️🏝️🏜️ We're not ashes or dust, we are just like the sand on a Florida, Texas Beach!!!!! And i scattered her in a place she loved. I seriously don't think its so much what or how we do the final when we die, i believe/ think it's more like, when Jesus says " well done good and faithful servant..

My parents are buried but we rarely make a visit to the site. This causes me feelings of guilt often. I know they're not really there . I think they probably understand.
We'll yes burials are so expensive,I was forced to cremate my son because i didnt have 25000.dollars for a funeral.
God is God almighty and all knowing God is everywhere so for me the place you bury a person it matters to remain one's family or a friend and children as a memory to see where you laid to rest the best is graveyard built with something as a mark for those who loved you to remember
I watched some of this. Remember that all the burning of human bodies in the Bible were of the unrighteous. Saul, his sons, witches, seers, etc. All of the righteous, David, Abraham, Noah etc. were buried. If you are a Christian it doesn't matter, but for me i will be buried as a testament to my belief in being ressurected and having my body changed, yes, this mortal body will be changed into a glorious new body.
How nice to have a grave like the kings of Israel and like Moses. Rachel, Rebecca, Jesus. My father was missed in the sea together with 10 other crew members,. They never were found.
It is nice, yes, to have a magnificent tomb for our mortal remains --- but only for those left behind! The departed soul has vacated that earthly body, so how it is disposed of has no effect on the immortal soul.
You miss your father and not having a place where his physical remains are. But he and the others still have each a soul that never dies. Let that be your comfort. 😊

Our bodies are only vessels. Our souls, spirit leaves the body, so does it really matter?

Question Zachariah 14.12. Nuclear bomb turns people to ash. Probably millions and millions will die from fire of a nuclear blast.
It is an interesting subject but I know God can put us back together whether we're buried in the ground or fireworks But also we gotta think about people in hell they're burning in fire.

People burning in hell are not literally burning they don't die burning in hell they are continually in that pit of hell....our souls are not in our bodies when cremation
