Hi Marguerite! Great video! I loved everything you did! The only thing I would like to comment on is the fake flowers and plants versus real. Real flowers and plants are always better when they are fresh and beautiful. However, when vacant staging (where no one will be living in the home) occurs, this is not an option. They make some really beautiful faux flowers and plants now and they definitely help warm up a space and can look fantastic for photos and in person when used properly. Again, love your staging tips!
