Wow! I absolutely loved this video- I feel so inspired both for the apartment I am selling- but also to update our own house😍 You are so professional and skilled - and at the same time your voice so comfortable to listen to. Thank you very much🙏🏻😍
Thank you so much! A little decor update can and will go along way for the sale of your apartment! Best of luck to you and thank you again for the kind words!
As a former Army wife… moving frequently, I learned that before moving, measure the height of the nail that you want to know, when positioning those same large art photos or mirrors in your new home….OH, FORGOT…you write the inches that you know the art/mirror should hang from the floor….ON THE BACK OF SUCH DECOR! Saves a lot of time decorating your next home🤗🤗🤗
For the first time we are selling a house in the USA. All former homes have been in UK. We made sure the houses were clean and tidy, odd jobs completed, paintwork touched up and garden weeded, ( the garden is the yard in Britspeak). We do not have loads of clutter, too much furniture or tchotchkes. Most homes we have bought have been wrecks because I can envisage the potential and do not want an unsuitable kitchen. In other words, we do not want someone else's tastes! This goes for our present hous too, Now it is a different game, and I am puzzled. Are people so shallow and lacking in imagination that they will be put off by my cushions? ( pillows are things we put on the bed). Will they dismiss our place and choose the show home with textured white towels that the stager has provided? Confused in MA
Margaret, thank you for taking the time to watch and comment! To answer your question, I do believe that staging can be the difference between selling quickly and at a higher price point vs sitting on the market. Buyers are flooded daily with beautifully curated imagery all over social media, so staging is a way for sellers to help “compete” and catch buyers’ attention. That being said, a house will/should still sell without staging. If there is very little inventory of homes for sale and the buyer pool is strong, there will be less preparation a seller has to make to sell quickly. If you are hoping to command the highest price point, in my opinion it’s absolutely worth the upfront investment and time to present your home as neutrally and polished as possible. I wish you luck with your sale!

Great tip Jill! Thank you so much for sharing and taking the time to watch!
Where did you put the dresser?
I moved it to the closet! It was too large for the narrow walkway
Excellent content and delivery! New subscriber.

One more thing. I have watched a number of these videos and everything looks classy and clean, However, for me some of the rooms are a bit cluttered!

Enjoying your video but the music is distracting and too loud
Yes, sorry about that. The levels on this video came out a little distorted. Thanks for watching and hope you found some value in the content
Love the video. Hate the music!
Thanks for watching…the music selection is pretty limited but I’ll keep it in mind
