Chest and triceps for me today and i hit a new pr on flat bench press 235 it was 225. I just started lifting in April 2023. Im forty years old 6'2" and weigh 190. I struggled with 165 on bench when i started.
The way your videos drop it never seems like its been that long, and the quality is top notch. Keep it moving guys. Cut out the butt rock while you lift though! 😂

Also that was an awesome workout, I love how all the volume was done on Triples, looked like 8 sets of 3 straight reps with 405. Crazy-ass volume 😮
