I love mitch but it’s Nice to not see him win sometimes, you like it or not but mitch is the future of this sport strong super fast and with a précision mindset like brian Shaw, hard to do better. Tom is one of my favorite because he is pure strength good technique but no comparaison with Martin, or mitch, but he can beat those guy with his absurde strength (no offense to Tom’s technique of course he actually progress a lot in that regard )

If you could get that axel resting on the body during the dip phase. Easier said than done. Definitely will help the bar path (more trajectory) and not just the use of shoulders and triceps. 💪
