Hi. How much is a membership there? I'm thinking about moving in that area and I'd love to start going to your gym. I live in maine so it's not very far even by vehicle.( I refuse to fly, heights n all).

Been thinking about PRP, I think sharing that it helps might give me the encouragement to give it a crack. Band work just hasn’t quite done it. Hopefully a pain free shoulder soon

I felt that on the monster log as OSG, because it was 280lbs empty the clean threw me off once it was past my belly. Where my log at home is 150 empty with spinning weights like max said. Definitely something to adjust in training
