You don't have to get one. You already have. All you gotta do is set boundaries and limits in all the aspects of your life. How much is acceptable, how much is unacceptable. That is the first building block. And an essential one.
Best advice I can give is. Learn to be more trusting of others. The more you trust someone, the easier it is to show them your personality.
I really like the topics Improvement Pill brings up. But this new way to show videos, bombarding random clips while I'm trying to understand the topic, is so distracting and annoying. I tried to just listen, but I needed to look to the title of a subtopic, and then I was bombarded even more with random clips. In the end, I absorbed almost nothing of what was said.
It didn’t distract me as much, but I agree that it’s ineffective unless it correlates to the current subject of the video (like the Teddy Roosevelt or LotR sections)

tip#4 is around the same as tip #6 which shows us that we should be ourselves and not try to mimic the other person's personality

Hey improvement pill, i really like and cherish your videos, especially the one on sleep, but I’m not liking the editing style on these new vids. They remind me of those “top ten” channels from the 2010’s and it’s really cheesy
Let me just say, most of these videos don’t work. You are born who you are and these videos won’t change that, The best way to actually become confident is to accept that, accept that you’ll make mistakes and that your life isn’t over when you make these mistakes, be yourself, that’s what confidence is.

As much as I agree with all of this people under 18 only care for drugs and smoking stuff it's difficult to find genuine people these days I only have 1 genuine friend who I'm willing to tell anything btw that's how bad the situation is idk if it will continue into college or not

When AI tells u to get a personality
I gotta say comparing to other people changed my life! I always wanted to be the toughest, smartest and richest guy, not for others but for myself. So I learned a lot about nature, outdoorskills, sport and so much more. I educated myself without any pause, than I started to travel on my bicycle alone, my mind became extremely strong and I reached all the goals I set and far beyond. Comparing to other people gave me the power to do so and now I'm a self confident guy with tons of skills and hobbies, I even became super rich by finding out that the true value in life is not money, its the experiences and the memorys you collect! Set your dreams high and do everything to reach them!
