    Love that generation Tundra. Especially the Rock Warrior package.

    Nice build man. You done good. The hoop on the front bumper was definitely a nice touch! RCI’s trans skid would be a nice addition. $500 for that decked was an awesome find! Rear bumper turned out sweet! That’s probably my next big upgrade

      @Whitedogoverland  ปีที่แล้ว

      Much appreciated! The rear was much easier to build than I anticipated. If you even have the slightest hand at welding you can get it done. I made a whole build video on it so others can replicate and save them some money!

    Nicely done. Maybe cotter pins could work instead of nuts for the table. That's a beautiful dog. Thanks for sharing.

      I considered cotter pins… may keep some incase these slide out. Appreciate the compliments!

    Nice, clean simple set up. I like it. I just sold my 2020 TRD off road Tacoma and I’m looking at getting a double cab tundra, I just need more cabin space. Loved the Tacoma but I was a single guy no kids when I bought that truck.

    Really admire your efforts broski towards your Tundra project. Your Tundra is a Beast! I’m currently making the same strides with my 1stgen Tundra project out here in Arizona. Keep up the great work, maybe we can link up and do some wheeling.

    Cool truck I just ordered the coastal off-road front bumper for my 2008 tundra hoping for the same sort of look as yours

    • @Whitedogoverland
      @Whitedogoverland  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks man! The coastal is going to look a hell of a lot better than this one. I’m not a fan of this bumper but it was dirt cheap

    I just got a used tundra, I'm already loving the truck and looking at mods. Have you checked the power draw requirements for the brights, you might be able to use the old headlight assembly to modify it

      I’ll have to check that out, could be my issue so I appreciate that suggestion!

    Nice build, I have the same rig but white. How long have you had the tires, how are they holding up, any cupping?

    • @Whitedogoverland
      @Whitedogoverland  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! Tires have been pretty good for what I paid. Slight cupping but I’m bad about rotating them often, which certainly helps

    For the table I’m seeing this is a year old but would Zeus tabs work for keeping the table folded rather then nuts

    • @Whitedogoverland

      Thanks for the recommendation I need to redo this table

    Sick rig man - any issues with the brake lines in the rear? I just installed a OME lift with Dakar leafs in the rear and it looks like they almost touch

    • @Whitedogoverland
      @Whitedogoverland  ปีที่แล้ว

      Nope haven’t had any thankfully. Thanks for watching!

    Ar those headlights standard or did you have them special made? Strange flashing pattern

    • @Whitedogoverland
      @Whitedogoverland  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They’re from a company called alpha Rex, the leds look strange in the camera, they don’t actually strobe like that in person

    • @tracker5849
      @tracker5849 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Whitedogoverland cool..thank you. Yes they look strange..lol. I don't overland but the Tundra is my dream truck for truck camping. Maybe one day I'll get it. Have a huge Ford van now

    Been binge watching your channel. Great job! Enjoy your content and your build. Building a budget 98 4Runner out right now, you’ve provided more inspiration and ideas. Thanks from one AZ guy to another. Keep going, your channel should really grow, your a real life videographer.

    I’m always leery of adding any weight up high. Did you have an issue with spare under truck?
    I guess I’m what many would call a Gray Man” overlander.

    • @Whitedogoverland
      @Whitedogoverland  ปีที่แล้ว

      I didn’t have any issues with this set up but you can definitely feel that body roll!

  • @illunatic54

    Did you have to do any mods to the decked unit to fit with your plastic liner?

    • @Whitedogoverland
      @Whitedogoverland  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Some slight trimming along the rear edges but at most I took off 2”

    • @illunatic54
      @illunatic54 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Whitedogoverland thanks for the quick reply. I was looking for used one and kept reading it would fit with the liner since it fit so tight.

    What’s the offset on wheels and , I was told body mount chop and lift was needed for 35’s

    • @Whitedogoverland
      @Whitedogoverland  ปีที่แล้ว

      They’re zero offset. I don’t rub on my body mount at all, but do a bit on my reservoir line. Tacomas definitely need a chop but these tundras don’t
