Hey Brandon, do you think you could do a video around CMAs and how to properly leverage that information to create a relationship with clients? I find that even when I only provide a range, I am losing listings to other agents that just throw out bigger (unrealistic) numbers. Should I NOT be discussing price whatsoever until we get to the listing table? If so, how do I provide value to a prospect like an absentee owner?
I see a problem here.Your name is the janitor. You should change it to. Top agent or top guy or something, otherwise subconsciously you remain as a janitor. And it's gonna take you back to become a janitor, not top listing agent. You got that.
Bravo🎉Sarah. I’m also considering reallocating to Redding. Perhaps I can get a hold of you if you didn’t mind of course. Also, I’m excited that I’m 99.9% ready to call Brandon for coaching.
The anxiety of called calling is driving me insane. My heart starts pounding and I can’t speak correctly. Seeing a therapist on Friday. I don’t know how to get over it.
One of the biggest issues (imo) that young agents have besides the prospecting is, the common up inflection at the end of every sentence. The zoomers all seem to have this terrible habit and is one of the most power robbing things a sales person can do. At the end of every sentence you are conveying a lack of confidence, regardless of the words coming out of your mouth. This lady doesnt do it too terribly but it is a common habit of the zoomers and younger millennials.
@@ARV2001 As a general rule, the English language a question has an up, and a statement is mono or downward inflection. Any slight of mouth is a tactic. And I have no opinion. Generally speaking and ending every phrase with an upward inflection is a habit of the current young.
@@MiguelFlores-mx9cz I was promised a life time membership and training, then they created this inner circle group that you have to pay monthly fees for.and the training stopped and they created their owninner circle Facebook group and we were left behind in the dust.

Man I feel like these videos have honestly taught me more than the last 4 months of training
This one is fantastic and SO accurate as a new agent. Love to see it.
Thank you for sharing your experiences. You made it sound so easy that we can also do it in no time.

Brandon, would you be able to share your cold call scripts and objection handlers? I want to use your scripts to convert sellers into clients.

I've been taught to use upswings when making statements and downsings when I'm asking a question. Your thoughts?

So you still ask “you have a beautiful home why not stay put” when calling a year old expired? It seems like at that point they have been staying put.
