The ability of the musicians to consistently play all the various guests' songs so well is amazing
They know what songs are coming up days ahead of time. Plenty of rehearsal time. That's not in any way meant to diminish their talent.
@@chriskelly6559 Yes, they learn the songs ahead of the recording. I'm blown away by their musicianship- they play their parts usually spot on, their tones are beautiful, and no one overplays. Not just on this song, but during the entire run of the series.

Every time I hear this song it reminds me of my son when he was 3 years old he would say "Dad play the glass song"...not sure what that meant but "Iris" was the glass song...25 years layer still a classic...Love you Jordan...better known as the Munster

I just started watching Daryl’s house and I’m so glad I did it reminds me of my much younger times in my life that everything thing was from the heart and everything was so down to earth it’s so hard to explain but watching all the old time music you guys sing I don’t know how to explain it but it makes me feel like I’m back in time thanks for all the great music you play now and back in the day I’ll never forget you and all that you do for me and other people like me keep going strong love you’all my God bless you
