I think that while finity pokes fun at an awful lot of things, it was not mean-spirited when he started referencing beato. In a space where there are now dozens and dozens of content creators, many of whom have absolutely zero musical theory nor musical composition nor music performance experience or education yet still generate thousands of views reacting to and analyzing the compositions of musicians and artists from current pop to early Mozart, beato was not only one of the first but is probably still the biggest and most well-respected fish in that increasingly overpopulated pond. If Finnerty were to go after one of the umpteen channels where people who don't know a single thing about music, couldn't pick a 16th note out of song with only 16th notes, yet somehow generate significant traffic simply looking shocked and saying stuff like that was awesome, I didn't expect that to be so good, etc. the Nuance to his humor would be lost. I think the fact that beato is obviously a great sport with a very good sense of humor probably chaps Pat's ass if he intends to bring back the bees and tease Rick and Future "suck" videos
