A big one to also add to this list is a ram mount phone holder. It's good to have your phone in front where you can use it for navigation to get to places you don't know for example.
Not a bad list actually. Although frame sliders can be good, at the same time they can be bad. If the bike ends up in the grass, the bike can flip over and do more damage. Seen it many times. I went with GB Racing engine covers and use clipons that are designed to snap to dissipate energy. Cheap to replace. Exhausts are good to make people at least hear you. But I'm a track rider so it's kinda different My important mods are 1. Get a good set of tires (brand is personal choice but I stick with Pirelli or Metzeler (same company owns them both)) 2. Suspension (K-Tech or Öhlins but personal preference) 3. Geometry (clipons and rearsets. Get GP shift if you can) 4. Dyno tune (for more power when getting exhausts, different fuel maps, or even fine tuning a quickshifter, etc) 5. Do a track day to learn the bike in a safe environment. Once you have those then you can start adding more. Learned all that with a Ninja 300 of all bikes.. but I enjoy it for what it is lol
+Gregg Cesaroni I actually ended up laying this green bike out a month ago and since I didn't have frame sliders it didn't flip or anything so that's good. I would probably change this list now looking back haha
You should try some shorty adjustable levers if you haven't already and some better hand grips. Something so simple but it changes the feel of the bike so much(:
You are so right! I put some on my last bike they help soooo much!! Totally forgot about those lol pretty much everything on my old bike is what I'd like to have on this bike

Mini Lazer on handlebars, for slow moving traffice in front. 4. Smoke discharger out the exhasut when police after you 5. Heated mirrors when its cold
I just watched your latest video where you went to a meet. Looks like such a good time! I'm currently saving for a Ninja 300 thanks to your recommendation haha :)
Study how sound works loud pipes offer ZERO safety, it sounds good to us riders but safety part is MYTH and has been debunked by engineers. Search how sound works, and how sound travels you may get mad.
You sold me on the ninja 300, it'll be my first bike ever driven and owned, I'm 19 5'8 165 lbs so it should be a good fit, can't wait! Only thing holding me back is Canada's winter.
Glad to hear that man! It's such an easy bike to learn on and you'll get comfortable with it a lot easier. Utah weather isn't as bad but it still gets cold haha
+The Muscle Biker I want to move to the states so it's more suitable bike weather year round, but I also lose Canada's health care and such if I got hurt, then again your roads are like a dream compared to where I'm from!
True you could move to Australia they have free health care lol or if you make no money then you can have Obama care haha I might move more south of Utah to enjoy better weather
+MarkosMix lol I'm in Canada and got my first bike in late September just last year. I rode all winter! But what kind of winter did we have... am I right?
Ellehcore Daiko hi I herd that your bike's mirror leans in under excaleration. I race RC cars and we use 'lock tight' to hold bolts and screws in tight, maby you could try that
Hey buddy. How about you mount your GoPro below your visor, instead of above it? If you do so (I like seeing the gauges), I will subscribe to your channel and tap the little bell icon.
Well, that's good. Funny how something little like that can spoil the appearance of a swell motorcycle. It's like that one about how if you are on a date and have a booger on your nose, that's the only thing your date will see.
Hey man wondering what that high pitched sound is when you are going at high speeds. My bike makes the same sound when I hit 80+ wondering if that's normal
Ok awesome I just got a gsxr with 20,000 on it and I didn't know if it was normal or if it's something wacky. I legit spent like 9 hours going through the forums trying to find something like it lol
+John Rolfson it'll do 0-60 in 5 seconds which is faster than most cars if acceleration is all you care about starting out look into a ninja 650 or fz6
+The Muscle Biker I'm actually just out of highschool and need something cheaper like the ninja 300, just want something with some kick too it as well. I think 5 seconds 0-60 will be pretty good starting out. Does it give you a rush?
Nice man! If you live in the area I'm selling mine lol I got the T-Rex frame sliders I love them and I even tested them out unfortunately and they look really good and they are a great price if not yoshimura makes really good ones
+The Muscle Biker Thanks for the quick response. Great! And I live all the way down in Louisiana so we're pretty far to make a sale. I'll get some first thing when I get my bike. I can't wait to start riding.
Depends what you want full system, slip on titanium or steel. If you want full titanium then go with M4 I know they make one SC Project just makes a slip on which they look nice but it doesn’t match well
@@Shimmoda i thought so. I also prefer m4 but thank you for your advice my friend.😊 hope we can meet some time. But it's impossible i live on a different country. HAHAHA Ride safe and thank you 👍
+The Muscle Biker Thats sweet bro I'm in Salt Lake City. Good to know we have a motovlogger here in the Valley. Imma subscribe bro maybe we'll catch each other on the streets. Keep up the Vlogs. 👍🏾
+Hillary Thompson haha yeah I would but it makes a great GoPro mount or else I would. A friend of mine has that exhaust and I think it sounds great and raspy plus it looks good
You'd be surprised on how many people skimp out on good tires! I'm getting new brake lines/pads and maybe new discs here in a little bit if not then I'll get a quickshifter
+Papii Chuloo doesn't make the bike lean any more for state regulations. Adds a lot of HP makes the bike louder it's expensive but it's well worth it. Some people say if you put an exhaust on and don't tune it, it can ruin the bike for fuel ratios
The Muscle Biker Thank you i appreciate the reply. I just subscribed to you also. Keep up the good work and also what does "doesn't make the bike lean anymore for state regulations" mean.
+balsara 675 I use to be pretty strict on it and always eat more than 160-180 grams but the myfitnesspal got a hassle to always use and count macros. Nowadays I just try to eat a lot and make sure I have more than 20 grams of protein per meal let me know if you got any other questions!
+The Muscle Biker no doubt. great riding country. I'm not riding anymore but hope to be soon. guess ill be subscribing so I can " run across you" someday

Pretty dope man! I'll keep all these in mind when I get mine!!! xD
That intro, meme characters, and hillariously inefficient US traffic XD gotta have a thumbs up for those reasons alone :'D
+Daniel Kemnitz haha nice man thanks! :D
tighten your mirrors! your bike looks like a puppy with its head hanging out of a car window!
If you're in the uk - heated grips are the most important mod
+Prince Fancybum I wish they made stylish hand covers that blocked the wind haha

I've heard that it's better to get case sliders instead of frame sliders because frame sliders can do more harm to the bike in some crashes.
deoends on how you go down... if on track or street and the situation IMO
Thanks for another great video, your bike sounds amazing
Had a Bandit 1200, got a new airfilter, and it was actually running too lean with the new one, just cleaned out the old one and put it back in
You should try some shorty adjustable levers if you haven't already and some better hand grips. Something so simple but it changes the feel of the bike so much(:

Angel eyes lights are always nice to have on the bike. Just a few things to mod on the bike tho lol
+Honda Rides yeah true lol after doing them I dunno if i would do it again they were a pain in the butt
Soon I'm getting l.e.d's on mine for the lights. after seeing everything to do for the angel eyes. I was like well led's it is lol
Honda Rides I've got a video on the LED lights and install in case you haven't seen it hope it helps:D
It will, I will watch it when I get the lights for sure
your mirrors are made for that they move for better aerodynamics 😉
Nice list. I got lucky and both my bikes already had frame sliders when I bought them
LanceinyourPants Funny story...bought my Ninja 300 from a chick, and she thought the frame sliders were knee rests.
Exhaust, ecu, sprockets, air filter, turbo 👍
Thank freaking a lot man :D finally i can get the same mods as u
Lol it took quite a bit of time so good luck! :D
1. Frame sliders
2. Exhaust
3.pc5
4.k&n air filter
5. Suspension adjusted for your actual weight.
That’s the best intro ever
Hey bro, nice vid !! Question..what kind of camera and mic you using ?
+Bob fiks Hero 4 Silver and Back edition here is the link to the set up : th-cam.com/video/cWa4kF2zHSQ/w-d-xo.html
can confirm the #1 - brand new to riding, just got a ninja 650 and dropped it twice. very little damage but frame sliders wouldve saved it.
Love the beginning of this vid. haha
1. Mini missile launcher on top of tank for cars that pull out on you,
2.Sharpe blades that come out of the wheel axles, thats for people stepping out on you,
3. Mini Lazer on handlebars, for slow moving traffice in front.
4. Smoke discharger out the exhasut when police after you
5. Heated mirrors when its cold
Hell yeah dude, I live in Utah too!
Come to the cars and coffee meet up every Sunday!
I just watched your latest video where you went to a meet. Looks like such a good time! I'm currently saving for a Ninja 300 thanks to your recommendation haha :)
Can't go wrong with the ninja :D
the only 2 mods that justify themselves in my opinion are exhaust and sliders. Exhaust to be heard and sliders in case you drop your bike.
Study how sound works loud pipes offer ZERO safety, it sounds good to us riders but safety part is MYTH and has been debunked by engineers. Search how sound works, and how sound travels you may get mad.

Thanks for replying. Awesome video bro!
Dont forget swing-arm spools. Those should be mandatory tho.
interesting your mirror does that... my z250sl's left mirror does that to and i have to keep tightening it every dozen or so rides
+Ellehcore Daiko yeah I ended up tightening it down and it stayed that way I have more trouble with keep the fairings connected haha
Ellehcore Daiko hi I herd that your bike's mirror leans in under excaleration. I race RC cars and we use 'lock tight' to hold bolts and screws in tight, maby you could try that
2:06 listen to this!.... Um it sounds like everyother 600....probably just the camera mic though. Nice ride! Stay safe out there
nice list duuuude :)
I think you need to mod your side mirrors as well. :p
I would but I use it for a gopro mount lol or else I would
How about getting a power Commander for efi, or dynojet kit for carbureted bikes
awesome Intro!
Nice intro!!
Hey buddy. How about you mount your GoPro below your visor, instead of above it? If you do so (I like seeing the gauges), I will subscribe to your channel and tap the little bell icon.
+Gaidalcain2179 yeah watch my newer videos I've had it mounted on my chin for over a year now:D
Depending on the bike you may need to get some clip ons.
Yeah they make a huge difference. I would've gotten them on my ninja 300 if I kept it
i would have to respectfully disagree with you on some of the things. but this is a great idea for a vlog.
I really enjoy modding the bike lol But I got a new one with tasty mods on it
i hear you there. modding a bike is a lot of fun.
I thought he said HIV kit at 4:48
Me to. I thought he was trying to make a funny at first.
Ya I know a guy who has one of those kits, he can’t ride much tho cause he’s always in and out of the hospital for some reason
That mirror annoys me and I 'm not even on the bike! Is that bike still under Warren-tree?
+Steven Leek it's not under warranty but i fixed it a long time ago
Well, that's good. Funny how something little like that can spoil the appearance of a swell motorcycle. It's like that one about how if you are on a date and have a booger on your nose, that's the only thing your date will see.
Did you end up getting frame sliders for this?
Nah I did have a 55 mph slide but there wasn't much damage I don't know what the sliders would've done I have a video on it though
Radiator Guard? Bugs smashing into my radiator at 130 mph bend the fins pretty bad.
Hey man wondering what that high pitched sound is when you are going at high speeds. My bike makes the same sound when I hit 80+ wondering if that's normal
yeah it's normal I've got 30k miles on bike and still running strong
Ok awesome I just got a gsxr with 20,000 on it and I didn't know if it was normal or if it's something wacky. I legit spent like 9 hours going through the forums trying to find something like it lol
The fucking intro dance is Killa!!
Race rails over frame sliders
+zenopb they are too big and they drag whenever I lean far
Maybe you should get heated grips :)
does the ninja 300 get decent acceleration? enough to have some fun with?
+John Rolfson it'll do 0-60 in 5 seconds which is faster than most cars if acceleration is all you care about starting out look into a ninja 650 or fz6
+The Muscle Biker I'm actually just out of highschool and need something cheaper like the ninja 300, just want something with some kick too it as well. I think 5 seconds 0-60 will be pretty good starting out. Does it give you a rush?
John Rolfson You just have to ride one man any bike is a great feeling
Hey dude, I've started saving up for 2014 300 ABS. What frame sliders do you recommend?
Nice man! If you live in the area I'm selling mine lol I got the T-Rex frame sliders I love them and I even tested them out unfortunately and they look really good and they are a great price if not yoshimura makes really good ones
And they are no cut as well so you don't have to mess with your fairings
+The Muscle Biker Thanks for the quick response. Great! And I live all the way down in Louisiana so we're pretty far to make a sale. I'll get some first thing when I get my bike. I can't wait to start riding.
Haha no worries man! :D it'll change your life for the better trust me it is one of the greatest feelings ever!
+Lex Thistlethwaite where you at in Louisiana man?? I'm up in Shreveport area
Hey sir. Question. What exhaust brand can you recommend on a zx6r?? Because im thinking about sc project and m4 gp
HAHAHA Ride safe and thank you 👍
Hey are you riding on a 600 or 650 in this video?
600
The red van turn right into your lane with no blinker while your in 3rd gear you love that if that happened
What’s the bike at 4:45 / 4:46??
this is in saratoga right?
+trey kirkpatrick yep it sure is! I ride everywhere in Utah haha
Are you in the Salt Lake area?
No but close to it I'm in Utah county

The Muscle Biker Nice!
I think a mod that you need is some new mirrors lmao. great video. I'm looking into slip on exhaust for my cbr300r. Coffman shorty probably
+Hillary Thompson haha yeah I would but it makes a great GoPro mount or else I would. A friend of mine has that exhaust and I think it sounds great and raspy plus it looks good

you need to tighten that mirror son :D
+JEPPAY haha don't worry I did! It was driving me nuts!
Hey man do you know if those frame sliders would fit on my 2016 zx6r? I've looked on their website but see nothing on 2016 frame sliders
+elias maldonado normally they keep the same model for bikes and change it every four years. So the 09-12 were the same and the 13-17 will be the same
What does getting your exhaust tuned do?
+Papii Chuloo doesn't make the bike lean any more for state regulations. Adds a lot of HP makes the bike louder it's expensive but it's well worth it. Some people say if you put an exhaust on and don't tune it, it can ruin the bike for fuel ratios
The Muscle Biker Thank you i appreciate the reply. I just subscribed to you also. Keep up the good work and also what does "doesn't make the bike lean anymore for state regulations" mean.
If youre 6'1 should you be fine riding this or am i too big and if not what would you say is the cutoff point
No that's fine. Honda CBR have tight riding pegs but if you plan on getting rear sets that may change
+The Muscle Biker ok thanks
What bike are you using in this videok
09 zx6r
Smoked windshield! If not stock
+Chitown Rider yeah I feel like everyone should do that haha adds to the bike so well
+The Muscle Biker exactly! Ima personally paint my wheels black too cause mine came with ugly silver looking ones(ninja 500)
+Chitown Rider Yeah black looks the best or white if you have a euro bike haha
You live in Utah?!
Wth is a raidar detector? Im new to this 😂
Is there any affordable nice sounding exhaust? I only have a little cbr 125r right now
+Jordan Scott probably Coffman they are pretty popular but I've never ridden that bike so I couldn't tell ya
what kind of exhaust is on this bike?
Full system Two brothers with PCV and K&N air filter and quickshifter are the mods I have now
What Exhaust do you use?
